Fleet Specialties Tire Sentry Division recently announced the introduction of the new “ACT” Sensor systems designed to comply with the new “TREAD Act” mandated by Congress.

The TMS-RC series is virtually wireless and will monitor for a loss of tire pressure on most any four- or six-tire vehicle, including trailers.

The display simply plugs into the cigarette lighter socket with no wiring or antennas required, and the manufacturer claims it is the most cost effective tire pressure monitoring system on the market today.

Tire Sentry has also just released the RA series of tire pressure monitors designed with the popular euro-style pedestal mounting. The RA series is now available to markets within North and South America.

The RA series also features theft-proof tire sensor options, and may be flush mounted, or mounted with the optional pedestal mounting bracket.
