Tiffin Motorhomes is offering its upscale Allegro Bus diesel pusher in a downsized 36-ft. quad-slide. Powered by a 425hp Cummins ISL 8.9-liter motor on Tiffin's own PowerGlide chassis, the 36QSP sports all the power, comfort and style of the 40-, 42- and 43-ft. Allegro Buses. Maneuverability of the shorter coach is expected to be a huge attraction.

"Good things can come in small packages," says Jerry Williamson, Tiffin national sales manager. "When you see all the Allegro Bus features in a 36-ft. coach, your first reaction is luxury. Then you're thinking handling ease and power. This is a sweet floor plan."

The Allegro Bus features include independent front suspension, 18-in. VIP Smart Steering Wheel, aluminum wheels, solid wood interior décor, Ultra Leather driver and front passenger seats, a 3,000-watt Pro Sine inverter, a mid-section, seated-eye-level LCD TV, and MCD single-piece power blackout windshield shade, manual driver and passenger blackout and solar shades, plus manual roller valance shades in all windows except the galley and water closet. Options include a dinette/computer work station that includes room for a printer and files, an Euro Recliner with computer/end table or two Euro Recliners, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Hydro Hot heating system The 36QSP coaches will be rolling into Tiffin's 78 dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada in April. The base price is $272,300.

Tiffin led all motorhome brands in vehicle reliability/quality, competitive price/value, vehicle design and the five other criteria of dealer satisfaction in the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association's 2007 industry-wide survey.

Tiffin was one of only five motorhome manufacturers to receive the RVDA's coveted Quality Circle Award for 2007. Tiffin has been honored with the Quality Circle nine of the 12 years it has been presented by the RVDA.

A total of 527 RV dealers submitted 3,020 ratings in the 2007 satisfaction survey. In addition to the quality, reliability, price and design categories, Tiffin exceeded the ratings of all manufacturers in parts support, dealership warranty support, overall dealership communications, sales support and sales territory.
