The Tin Can Tourists will be driving 30 RVs representing 1931-1971 across the Historic National Road begining June 4 in Cumberland, MD and finishing June 9 in Vandalia, IL. They will be making three stops in Indiana on June 8.
10 a.m. – Old National Road Welcome Center in Richmond
11:30 a.m. – The Hoosier Gym in Knightstown
3:30 p.m. – Deming Park in Terre Haute
The Tin Can Tourists, who have been featured on The Travel Channel, are a group of vintage RV owners and enthusiasts who hold annual gatherings to celebrate classic trailers and motor coaches. The group has over 500 members.
