Sponsored by the local Chamber of Commerce, Warren, Indiana is holding their annual Scarecrow Festival and Chili Contest on October 26.  The parade kicks of festivities at 6 pm, followed by festivities including games, snacks and a showing of “Dracula, The Radio Play” showing at the Pulse Opera House.

To set the tone for these events, a scarecrow contest will be held on October the 25th.  Participants are encouraged to display their entries outside their home or business or along downtown streets.  Cash prizes are awarded, including $100 to the winner!
